Skill & Experience

● Nữ, 20–50 tuổi, tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên, không yêu cầu chuyên ngành; ưu tiên biết tiếng Anh cơ bản;
● Tốc độ đánh máy nhanh, thành thạo các công cụ chat, diễn đạt rõ ràng;
● Có ý thức phục vụ tốt, giao tiếp khéo léo, cảm xúc ổn định;
● Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm về thương mại điện tử, mạng xã hội, thao tác trên hệ thống quản trị website;
● Có kinh nghiệm chăm sóc khách hàng trực tuyến hoặc CSKH thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế;

● Knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML, CSS;● Experience with version control systems, preferably Git and Github;● Experience working with REST and/or HTTP API's;● Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.

They should also be knowledgeable in computer science and software engineering principles, such as algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
